Refund policy

Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please send us an email with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Original packaging is required for returns. In the unlikely event that you suspect your product has a manufacturing defect, please send photos of the defect to hello@riffmade.co as soon as possible so that we can evaluate. If we determine that your piece is defective, we will work with you to come to an appropriate resolution.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original, pre-discounted product price. Pieces returned damaged or in less than original condition are subject to additional fees to be assessed upon receipt. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can help you arrange the return shipment, but the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
